If you have an error message like this:
The configured DNS(s) (xx.xxxx.xx.xx xxx.xxx.xx.xxx) could not be reached. You may not be able to resolve names (like www.company.com) during this connection.
and cannot connect any web site and server. You should check your software installation to see if you have virtual machine software such as Microsoft Virtual PC and Sun Virtual Box installed on your computer.
Try to remove virtual machine software and connect VPN again, this should resolve the DNS problem above.
Virtual machine software from VMWare are compatible with AT&T VPN Client.
Found your post while looking for a solution to the problem described.
How can I tell if I have virtual machine software such as Microsoft Virtual PC or Sub Virtual Box installed? Neither of these appear in the add/remove programs.
Thanks in advance!!!!
You’d better looking for support from Microsoft or SUN.
